Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking: Grilling/Broiling Method: Using a 5 quart stockpot. Fill water 1 inch deep. Add 1/2 onion (cut into wedges) and 1 tsp minced garlic. Bring water to a slow boil, then lower to a simmer. Cut rack into 2-3 rib sections and place in water. Cover pot and cook for 60 minutes. Remove ribs from pot and sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt or favorite meat seasoning. Place on grill or in baking dish and broil. Grill or broil for 5 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook for 5-7 more minutes, or until sauce thickens into the ribs. Total Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes. Baking Method: Season 2-3 rib sections with seasoned salt. Place ribs meat side down in large baking pan with 1/2 medium onion (cut into wedges), 1 tsp minced garlic, and just enough water to cover bottom. Bake covered with foil in oven heated to 350 degrees for 1/2 hours. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F. Remove foil. Turn ribs over and brush with BBQ sauce. Bake for an additional 30 minutes. Total Cook Time: 2 hours. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
