For food safety & quality, follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees f. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Directions: Cook only one product at a time. Microwave oven and stovetop times vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Microwave: 1. Place frozen, unopened bag, standing up, on a microwaveable dish in the center of the microwave oven. 2. Microwave on high 4-1/2 to 5 minutes. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape, which may cause a whistling sound. Microwave cook time is based on an oven with 1100 wattage. Use stovetop directions if your microwave oven has less than 1100 wattage. 3. Let stand in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with ovals and remove bag from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Cut top of the bag at perforated line. Pour contents into a dish and stir. Check that food is cooked thoroughly at 165 degrees F. Sauce will thicken as it cools. Stovetop: 1. Place contents of bag into a preheated nonstick skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover with lid. 2. Cook covered over medium heat for 7 minutes until product is cooked to 165 degrees F, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove lid and let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Stir and serve. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Test temperature before eating. Microwave ovens vary so time is approximate. Do not heat in conventional or toaster oven. Elevate Your Recipe: Heat and combine with your favorite recipes for an added dash of flavor or head to. Keep frozen.
